RX Plastics PVC-U pipe is a high quality pipe suitable for pressure pipeline systems for cold water services.It is available in dimensions that are produced in accordance with the joint Australian and New Zealand standard (AS/NZS 1477).

Supplied at standard in 6 metre effective lengths in White colour (plus the socket - Elastomeric Seal Joint or Solvent Weld Joint).
Pipe Length
RX Plastics PVC-U pressure pipe is supplied as standard in effective lengths of 6 metres.The effective pipe length is the working length, and this does not depend on the jointing method being employed i.e. RX Plastics PVC-U is 6 metres in length plus the joint.Special lengths can be supplied to specific order providing the quantity constitutes a reasonable production run (please note changes to the size of the Bell Socket must also be made for different lengths).Contact your distributor or the technical department of RX Plastics for further information.
Integral Elastomeric Seal Joint
This sealing ring is of the "Forsheda" type in RX Plastics metric pipes.Metres pipes may also use other types of seals, but RX Plastics's commitment to quality has ensured you of the 'best' seal available.Ring seal jointing is the quickest method of installation and so consequently tends to have the lowest installation costs.
