Molasses Tanks

RX Plastics Molasses tanks are approved and certified to the Standard - AS/NZS 4766:2006 - SAI Global
Molasses Tanks are specially made extra duty tanks for storage of heavy molasses or similar liquids ( 1 litre molasses = 1.4kg). This means that a 1000 litres will weigh 1400 kgs. Therefore the tank must be stronger to hold the added weight. Molasses tanks are the same shape as a standard tank but with thicker walls for heavy viscous liquids. Available in Black.

  • Quick inspection via large 400mm diameter lid (600mm for 25/30 Litre)
  • Tanks are supplied with molasses kits (small or large kit options available).
  • All tanks are supplied with a clip on lid
  • One piece construction for strong robust tanks
  • Easy to transport with built in lifting lugs
